- ※ On the day of the event, you must present a valid ID with photo (such as a passport or driver’s license) at the entrance of the venue as proof of purchase of the ticket. If you can not present an ID with photo, please present the actual credit card (no photo copy) that was used to purchase the ticket.
- ※ Tickets will not be refunded due to change of artists performing at the festival
- ※ Admission tickets and VIP upgrade packages will not be refunded and or reissued under any circumstances (ex. loss, damage of tickets).
- ※ “Meet & Greet” guests are to be limited to 1 photo / 1 autograph each.
